Ready to Join the Pack?


So you have decided to join the pack.

That's great, here's what happens now:

Step One:
Contact us via email at [email protected] or via phone at (817) 231-0084. At this point we will schedule a time to meet for a free consultation.

Step Two:
After all your questions have been answered and a consultation has been scheduled, we ask that you print, review and complete the forms located here. Also, complete an on-line application/pet(s) details form by CLICKING HERE. We also request that you have 2 copies of your house key available before the consultation.

Step Three:
We meet for the consultation at your home. During this time we will get to know your pet(s) and answer any additional questions you may have. We will also pick up the two keys. (Consultations generally last about 30 minutes)

Step Four:
After we mutually agree on a start date, then you will need to pay for services before the first visit (start of the actual visits/services). Payments can be made online with a credit card, check or cash.

Step Five:
Congratulations and welcome to the pack, you are done! You can relax and we will take care of the rest.
